Protect your Jewelry

We suggest our customers to remove jewelry before bed or physical activity. Remember that jewelry can be damaged with excessive heat, chlorine, salt water or perspiration. Store your jewelry in cool, dark, dry environment when not being worn.Therefore it is important to take proper care to ensure the durability of jewelry:  Cleaning products should not interact with the jewelry. The friction against sand, contact with sea water acts on domestic work or rough surface can damage the piece. After applying   products such as perfume, moisturizing cream, make-up or hair dye, you need to wait few minutes for them to dry. You may want to wait a few minutes before placing the jewelry. Care should be taken not to let the jewelry fall . The pieces with crystals or natural stones can break in cases of fall, and if this happens, there is no repair. To ensure greater protection against scratches, jewelry should be stored inside individual  soft jewelry pouch.

Cleaning your Jewelry

Clean all jewelry with a soft brush or cloth. Soap and water is the best method for cleaning. Jewelry must be dried properly with a soft cloth or towel. Sterling Silver cleaner is not recommended to clean gold plated items.

All occurrences involving exchange  must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase, and must be communicated through our email .
